Drake’s lucky streak is stronger than ever, especially after he seemed to squash the remainder of his alleged curse in the sports world. On April 23, the rapper called out the media’s obsession over his unlucky influence after the Toronto Raptors defeated the Orlando Magic 115-96 during Game 5 of the NBA’s 2019 Eastern Conference quarterfinals.
“You want me to talk about the curse or you guys good?” Drizzy said according to sports journalist Josh Lewenberg.
It seems like ScHoolboy Q may have a point about Drake. During an interview on Hot 97, Q agreed with Peter Rosenberg that Drizzy is one of the most underrated rappers out there. In fact, the TDE rapper believes he’s “one of the greats.”
“If Drake is trash, you niggas stop giving him 50 billion streams,” ScHoolboy Q said. “Cause y’all all listening to it, bruh, it’s too many streams. Y’all listening to him, you just don’t wanna say it.”
